Choosing the correct pillow

You need the proper Sleep Equipment. Your pillow is secord only to your mattress in helping you achieve better sleep.

TOO THIN.

TOO THICK.
* Forces the head out of alignment
* Reduces the size of the airway, which can lead to snoring

JUST RIGHT.
* Aligns the head with the shoulders, hips, and heels for full body postural support
